1. About Dent Dingoes

Dent Dingoes provides paintless dent removal and related vehicle appearance services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Inspection and Documentation

All vehicles are inspected prior to work commencing.
We document the condition of the vehicle before and after service using photos and/or video.
This documentation is used as the primary reference for assessing results, rectifications, or disputes.

3. Lifetime Warranty

Dent Dingoes offers a lifetime warranty on workmanship for repairs we complete.
The warranty applies only to the specific dent or area repaired by us.
The warranty remains valid for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.

4. Exclusions from Warranty

The lifetime warranty does not apply to:

Pre-existing damage not repaired by Dent Dingoes
Prior paint damage, paint failure, cracking, fading, peeling, or clear coat issues
Areas where paint integrity was already compromised before our work
Damage caused after the service by impact, accident, environmental exposure, or third parties

If existing paintwork is damaged or compromised, Dent Dingoes cannot warrant paint-related outcomes.

5. Existing Vehicle Damage

Dent Dingoes does not warrant repairs on existing damage outside the agreed repair area.
If a vehicle has prior damage, corrosion, repainted panels, or weakened paint, results may vary and this is accepted by the customer at the time of service.

6. Rectification Policy

We allow up to one rectification attempt per repair.
Rectification covers reasonable customer complaints directly related to the repaired area and original vehicle condition.
Rectification must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after service completion.

If rectification is rejected by the customer or deemed not feasible:

Dent Dingoes may recommend or supply a third-party repairer for repainting or further work.
Any third-party services are not covered under Dent Dingoes’ warranty.

7. Insurance and Liability

All services are covered under our public liability insurance.
If damage is caused directly by Dent Dingoes during the service, it will be handled in accordance with our insurance coverage and assessed using pre- and post-service documentation.

8. Limitations of Paintless Dent Removal

Paintless dent removal is a non-invasive repair technique and results can vary depending on dent size, location, paint condition, and panel material.
While we aim for the best possible outcome, 100 percent cosmetic perfection cannot always be guaranteed.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must disclose any known prior damage, repairs, or repainting before work begins.
Vehicles must be accessible, clean enough for inspection, and free of personal items that may obstruct repair.

10. Payment and Acceptance

Full payment is required as agreed at the time of booking or completion.
By proceeding with service, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

Dent Dingoes reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version published on our website will apply to all services moving forward.
